Refund Policy
Every Muse Audit module ($7 standalone or $19 for the Full Plan) is built to deliver value to every salon, even ones with thin online data — when your data is sparse, your Plan tells you exactly what to fix and roughly how much each fix moves your score. If your Plan didn’t deliver value for your business, reach out and we’ll make it right.
Refund evaluation
Refunds are evaluated case-by-case. Email hello@museaudit.com with a brief note about why your Plan didn’t work for you. We respond within one business day, and refunds (when granted) are processed via Stripe within 1–2 business days; banks typically post within 5–10 business days after that.
What we don't refund automatically
- Plans with low confidence: a low confidence rating is a feature, not a defect. Your Plan still ships with a full set of Discoverability Gap recommendations and a projected Muse Score showing exactly how much each fix lifts your score.
- Re-runs:the $5 dashboard re-run isn’t separately refundable. If a re-run produced clearly broken output, the case-by-case process applies.
- Free Muse Scores:there’s nothing to refund — no charge was made.
